• It is the customer's responsibility to check travel advisories and comply with local laws and regulations.

• Any changes requested by the customer may be subject to availability and additional charges.
• Arihant Tours & Travels reserves the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or operational issues.

• Arihant Tours & Travels acts as an intermediary between customers and service providers such as airlines, hotels, and transport services.
• We are not liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, loss, injury, or damages caused by third-party providers.
• We are not responsible for any loss of personal belongings during travel.

7. Force Majeure

• We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or government restrictions.

8. User Conduct

• Customers agree to use our services for lawful purposes only.
• Any misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of applicable laws may result in termination of services without refund.
