• Arihant Tours & Travels provides travel-related services such as tour packages, hotel bookings, transportation, and other travel arrangements.
• As these are service-based offerings, physical returns are not applicable.

2. Cancellation Policy

• All cancellation requests must be made via email or official communication channels.
• Cancellation charges will apply depending on the timing of the cancellation:
  • 30+ days before travel: Minimal cancellation charges
  • 15–30 days before travel: Partial charges apply
  • Less than 15 days: Higher cancellation charges
  • No-show: No refund
• Exact charges may vary based on the service provider (airlines, hotels, etc.).

3. Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed only after receiving confirmation from third-party service providers.
• Applicable deductions include:
  • Cancellation charges
  • Service fees
  • Payment gateway charges
• Refunds will be processed within 7–15 working days to the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following services may be non-refundable:

• Flight tickets (as per airline rules)
• Hotel bookings under special offers
• Customized or discounted packages
• Last-minute bookings

5. Changes & Rescheduling

• Requests for changes (dates, destination, etc.) are subject to availability.
• Additional charges may apply based on the modification.
• Some bookings may not be eligible for changes.

6. Refund Delays

• Arihant Tours & Travels is not responsible for delays caused by:
  • Banks or payment gateways
  • Third-party service providers
• However, we will assist you in tracking your refund status.

7. Force Majeure

• No refunds will be provided for cancellations due to unforeseen events such as:

  • Government restrictions
  • Political unrest
• In such cases, we may offer rescheduling or travel credits where possible.
